Unlike organizations selling Intercultural Training as a part of a relocation/moving package, where their main emphasis is on shipping or the real estate transactions, we focus entirely upon the Intercultural issues.  

Our Knowledge Transfer programs are designed to provide participants with the tools they need to be effective. 

The process relies heavily upon proven ideas presented in a highly interactive environment. We avoid the temptation to deliver a standardized program just to make delivery consistent and repeatable.  We believe that our clients are unique and their needs and experiences cover the spectrum, so our programs are tailored to suit those differing needs.

Sure that makes it harder for us to cover all the bases every time, but we figure that our clients are worth the extra effort.  In many overseas countries, including China, we have experts on the ground that can develop a client specific support program.   

We custom tailor our programs to match the needs of the organization and the individuals, as well as the size of the group.  To date we have not found any country that we could not provide the appropriate information.
